Tube Dryer working result is same as Disc. Dryer, which all used to drying the meal. The tube dryer working with heat conduction and heat radiation way, the material is moving ahead with negative pressure closed chamber, the material move from inlet to the outlet and rapid drying.

Suitable for feed, chemical, fertilizer ...etc which with different proportion of small loose material and moisture sticky granular, fibrous, and powdery material.

The raw material after feed into batch cooker which treatment by raw material handling equipment, the cooked meal is drying to excrude the moisture by Dryer, the meal is discharged into meal transit hopper for transit storage if the meal need to be separate fat by Fat press machine , the odor will sent it to odor system which sucked by vacuum station with the cyclation of condensed cold water
